Short bio:

Graduated with honors in Law from the University of Cagliari, he is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Legal Sciences at the same university, a specialization student in Civil Law at the University of Camerino and a lawyer. He is involved in academic activities as a teaching assistant in Private Law and Agri-Food Market Law, as well as a teaching tutor for the subject of Private Law. His research focuses on the evolution of contractual categories in the digital age. He is the author of scientific publications in the fields of Contract Law and Civil Liability. He is also a member of the Associazione Italiana di Diritto Alimentare – Italian Association of Food Law (AIDA-IFLA) and of the Associazione Internazionale di Diritto delle Assicurazioni – Sezione italiana Giovani (AIDA Italia Giovani).

Thesis abstract:

The research examines the evolution of the consensual principle in the digital age and the fate of real contracts. The study aims to develop theoretical and comparative awareness, with a view to shaping future regulatory developments in the field of digital contracts. The PhD path unfolds through seminar activities, teaching assistance, and the drafting of scientific articles in the fields of private and agri-food law.
