Collections
The centre’s book collection focuses primarily on European Union law and international law.
The centre’s book collection currently comprises around 14,000 volumes and 90 journal titles, 29 of which are currently subscribed to.
The centre’s collection also includes the UN publications collection, as well as a number of official publications from United Nations bodies and international organisations.
Historical notes
The CIDE Library, established in 1998, has acquired and expanded the book collection of the former Institute of International Law of the Faculty of Law and, pursuant to the agreement signed with the European Commission, collects and makes available to its users OPOCE publications, thereby ensuring that the existing collection of European Community documents held by the Faculty of Law is kept up to date.
