The main services offered are:

•        Metagenomic studies are performed by analyzing the prokaryotic 16S ribosomal RNA gene (16S rRNA). Variable regions (V1-V9) of 16S rRNA are frequently used in phylogenetic classifications such as genus or species in diverse microbial populations to identify and compare bacteria from complex microbiomes or environments. 

•        Target resequencing: sequencing only a subset of genes or genome regions of research interest. Users can choose among pre-defined or custom gene panels. Is it possible to study both RNA and DNA (SNP, CNV, indel, etc…)

•        eDNA sequencing for studying biodiversity and monitoring ecosystem. Potential applications of eDNA include port monitoring, biodiversity surveys, ballast water testing, soil testing, and more.

•        miRNA and small RNA sequencing

•        small genomes sequencing (virus, bacteria)
