Genomics lab offers short-read sequencing, microarray and ddPCR services to serve academic and industry researchers in their studies on the function and structure of genomes.

We offer processing of samples for a range of microarray applications (GWAS, epigenetic studies, etc..), we also provide the following analyses in a single- or a pair-end sequencing mode: small RNA sequencing, small genome sequencing, target resequencing, 16S sequencing. We also offer ddPCR services (genotyping, gene expression, absolute quantification on nucleic acids, etc...) and quality control of nucleic acids.
