•        Nanospectrophotometer (DS-11+, DeNovix) to assess A260/280 and A260/230 ratio and quantify nucleic acids.

•        Fluorimeter (QFX, DeNovix): quantification methods specific for dsDNA, ssDNA or RNA.

•        Fragment analysis (TapeStation 4200, Agilent) to determine the size range of DNA or RNA samples, up to 60 kb. RIN numbers are reported for RNA samples and DIN for genomic DNA samples. The instrument can run up to 96 samples in less than 90 minutes. Cell-free DNA fragment analysis is possible as well.
