XRD measurements are carried out using a Bruker D8 Advance diffractometer. The experimental setup can be tuned according to the nature of the sample and the characterization required by the user.

- Bragg-Brentano
- Analysis on capillaries
- Non-ambient measurements (from -190°C to 600°C)
- Micro X-Ray Diffraction (μ-XRD)
- Small Angle X-Ray Scattering (SAXS)
- Grazing Incidence Diffraction (GID)
- X-Ray Reflectometry (XRR)
