Public reception

We inform users that the offices will be open to the public only on 

• MONDAY from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.  
• WEDNESDAY from 15.30 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. 

On any other day, the offices will only be open to the public by appointment, therefore please contact them in advance.  

For information of a general nature, please do not hesitate to contact the Help Desk on 070 675 7183 (service available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday). This kind of information can also be requested from the University of Cagliari Language Centre at the same hours as the Help Desk.

Requests will be dealt with according to the workload and the timeframe involved. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience. 

Certificate delivery service

The certificate delivery service at the Language Centre is active from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Tuesday.  

For collection, you must present a valid identity document. For any other person to collect the document, you must fill out an authorization form which must be submitted attaching a copy of the identity document of the delegator.
