The HRS4R is a self-assessment process that European and non-European research institutions can undertake to improve policies for researchers and increase the attractiveness of the institution. This is an ambitious path of long-term improvement involving all academic and administrative components of the university.
The positive assessment by the European Commission will lead to the award of the HR Excellence in Research label. The strategy focuses on measures and policies for researchers at different stages of their careers, including early-stage researchers (PhD candidates and PostDocs)
Through the Action Plan designed to align the UniCa policy to the content of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for their Recruitment (C&C) principles, UniCa will improve internal policies related to professional development, researchers recruitment, continuous research training, promotion of mobility and of equal opportunities in line with the strategic policies of the University.
