DSPOL has improved the quality and efficiency of administrative processes and services by engaging in a path of simplification and reorganization, with the aim of making administrative and managerial actions increasingly transparent and accessible to both the university community and external stakeholders. Specifically, it has mapped and standardized management processes and improved both internal and external communication. The computerization of administrative processes has also aligned with the university's strategic goal focused on simplifying and reorganizing administrative work. All of this has allowed for a dynamic system that enables staff to constantly monitor the status of practices and keep processing times under control, making administrative services more efficient and transparent. In relation to quality assurance policies, the department has implemented all actions planned in the 2020-22 three-year plan.
