Through the interdepartmental and Inter-University centres associated with it, SPOL delivers professional and refresher courses for operators in territorial organisations and employment service centres, along with refresher courses for secondary school teachers.

Training courses are also organised for public administration employees enrolled in the “Gestione Unitaria delle prestazioni creditizie e sociali” and “Gestione Assistenza Magistrale”of INPS (Istituto Nazionale Previdenza Sociale, the centre for the Italian welfare state).
