The governance of the development plan implementation process is inspired by the Plan-Do-Check-Act model (planning, action, monitoring and internal sharing of objectives).

In implementation of the plan's provisions, the Department Council has established a Committee for the governance of the implementation process called upon, among other things, to develop a Contingency Plan, intended to clarify the main risks associated with the implementation of the project, identifying the subjects responsible for the individual activities and the corrective actions that are necessary.

The board also has the task of monitoring the progress of the project on an annual basis, reporting to the Department Council.

The Committee’s establishment was set for February 16, 2023.

In implementation of the development plan forecasts, on May 3rd, 2023, the Implementation Process Governance Committee approved the Contingency plan and in January 2024, it released the 2023 Annual Report on the implementation status of the development project.
