We are excited to announce PREFSTAT2024: First Summer School in Advanced Statistical Learning for Preference, Ranking, and Ordinal Data. This summer school is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of preference statistics, a rapidly growing field that has gained significant attention in recent years. The event will take place from 2-6 September, 2024 at the Museo di Arte Contemporanea (Calasetta (SU), Sardinia, Italy).

The summer school will cover a range of topics, including preference modeling, ranking, and ordinal data analysis. The course will be taught by leading experts in the field, and will include lectures, hands-on exercises, and group discussions. The Target group is PhD students and postdocs in the areas of data science, machine learning, statistics, and related fields. Master students with basic skills in machine learning and statistics are also welcome.
