Il corso è tenuto dal Prof. Massimo Farina  e dalla Dott.ssa Alessia Palladino e si propone di esplorare l'intersezione tra intelligenza artificiale generativa e diritto d'autore, analizzando le sfide legali, etiche e tecnologiche poste dai contenuti generati dall'IA. Gli studenti acquisiranno una comprensione approfondita di come i principi del diritto d'autore si applicano alle opere create da macchine, delle implicazioni per i titolari dei diritti di proprietà intellettuale e dei quadri normativi emergenti nelle diverse giurisdizioni.
Il corso è distribuito in 8 ore totali per due giornate, si rivolge principalmente ai Dottorandi del DRIEI,  previsto un esame finale orale per 1 CFR.

The lectures are supplemented by 9 virtual lectures presented by distinguished invited guest speakers from Italy, the UK, Australia, California, Spain, Germany, and Sweden with empirical applications and innovative business models directly relevant to the topics of the lectures.
The attendees shall get exposure to a wide range of issues on the economics, business, technology, environment and regulatory aspects of the rapidly evolving electric power sector. A multiple-choice test at the end will evaluate how much of the delivered content was absorbed and retained by the attendees.
