DRIEI Phd Day

Il Phd Day è un’iniziativa pubblica del DRIEI nata nel 2009. Ogni anno verso Giugno/Luglio i Dottorandi del 1° e del 2° anno sono tenuti a fare una presentazione aperta al pubblico della loro attività di ricerca che hanno compiuto nel corso dell’anno passato. Ogni presentazione dura sui 15 minuti e si svolge solitamente nelle aule BO e B1 della Facoltà di Ingegneria e Architettura, per ciascuna di queste presentazioni c’è una valutazione effettuata da una commissione di docenti del DRIEI,  le migliori per ogni anno di corso di Dottorato (1° e 2°) saranno premiate.
Quest’attività risponde a diverse esigenze del DRIEI, in primo luogo serve a monitorare l’attività dello studente e la capacità di divulgazione  al pubblico del suo lavoro e dei suoi risultati, in secondo luogo serve per far conoscere il lavoro dei Dottorandi al pubblico degli studenti della facoltà di Ingegneria e Architettura ,e infine serve a promuovere nel Dottorando la fiducia e la consapevolezza, con  la conseguente responsabilità etica e morale, di appartenere alla comunità scientifica di ricerca del Dipartimento di Ingegneria Elettrica ed Elettronica di Cagliari.
