Abstract

Along some urbanized areas of Sardinia’s coast a grid DTM/DSM with a spatial resolution of 2 m has been realized. The considered area is composed of the municipalities between San Teodoro and Porto Rotondo. The surface is roughly 59.3 km2. The dataset has been acquired with Airborne Laser Scanning technology. In this paper the controls and the results about the quality of the Sardinia Region’s products are presented, starting from the precision of the raw data and their classification, up to the accuracy of the gridded data (DTM and DSM).
