Abstract

The modernization of inheritance law – which does not tend to evolve in practice, as is the case with that of obligations and contracts – should follow three lines, closely and inevitably linked, inherent α) the reform of the necessary succession, β) the introduction into the Italian legal system of the inheritance contract, γ) the revitalization of the will.
