Excitonic AC stark effect in high-energy excited semiconductor microcavities

Abstract

AC Stark effect was experimentally studied by means of fs pump-probe spectroscopy in a GaAs microcavity. Experimental results were compared to theoretical calculations on the basis of the microscopic Maxwell-semiconductor Bloch equations in Hartree-Fock approximation.
