Commission Functions
The International Relations Commission performs the following functions:
- It proposes criteria for awarding scholarships for curricular activities at foreign universities and companies;
- It proposes the range of activities that each student applying for a scholarship can undertake abroad;
- It proposes the recognition of academic credits for curricular activities undertaken abroad;
- It selects students awarded scholarships for curricular activities abroad;
- It verifies that exchange agreements with foreign universities are consistent with the educational objectives of the Course;
- It maintains a historical archive of curricular activities undertaken by students abroad;
- It provides tutoring services to students and supervises their curricular activities abroad;
- It provides tutoring services to foreign students undertaking educational activities organized by Courses affiliated with the Department/Faculty;
- It proposes initiatives for the internationalization of Courses affiliated with the Department/Faculty.
- Maintains contact and coordinates initiatives with the Directorate for Teaching and Orientation – Student Mobility and Exchange Program Activities (ISMOKA).
