In order to improve the quality of teaching and the services offered to students, suggestions, reports and complaints are promptly collected and analysed, subject to the terms of the University Statute and with the potential intervention of the Student Ombudsman. These may entail, in particular but not exclusively:
- lecture timetables
- lecturers' reception hours;
- student-lecturer ratio;
- failures in teaching support;
- maintenance work for the facilities where teaching is delivered.
