Upon enrolment, all the students of the University of Cagliari are assigned an e-mail address @studenti.unica.it, visible on your personal Esse3 webpage. To start it,  the instructions are available at unica.it - Student mail. Any requests for assistance can be sent to the e-mail address helpservizionline@unica.it, indicating your fiscal code, matriculation number and the name of the PhD programme.

To PhD students regularly enrolled in the University's doctoral programmes and to PhD students enrolled in Doctoral Programmes of National Interest with administrative headquarters at another Italian University and operational headquarters in Cagliari, following an official registration on specific University applications, another email account is also made available, with the domain @unica.it, for whose activation the interested parties will receive a communication from the email address help.sid@unica.it.

It will allow access to the University's ICT services, including:

• Office 365 and all its connected apps (i.e. Outlook institutional mailbox, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
• U-web for payslip consultation
• IRIS platform
• University Wi-Fi
• University VPN

Doctoral students who are beneficiaries of the NRRP scholarships will receive an email from Cineca for the reporting procedures on the appropriate website.

Please note that doctoral students enrolled in Doctoral Programmes of National Interest with administrative headquarters at another Italian University and operational headquarters in Cagliari must refer to their home University for all procedures relating to enrollment and their career. At the University of Cagliari their position is registered only to allow the use of the aforementioned services.
