Abstract

Despite of the medieval archaeology progress in the island, it’s not possible yet to draw a ‘profile’ of Catalan-Aragonese Sardinia based on a proper use of renewable materials. We need, in particular, explicit questions, which do not leave the matter to chance in order to find the information. Projects and individual interventions allow us today to pay attention on some issues of the relationship between Catalonia and Sardinia, each of which deserves a critical examination, checking the status of the studies and an examination of the real possibility to create specific paths of research.
