Giacomo Rosati graduated in Physics at Sapienza University of Rome in 2009. He received his PhD in Physics at Sapienza University of Rome in 2013. He was a post-doc researcher at the University of Wroclaw, Poland, from 2012 to 2017, and then a post-doc researcher at the Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN), Cagliari division from 2017 to 2019. He was subsequently a researcher and associate professor at the Institute of Theoretical Physics of the University of Wroclaw, Poland, from 2019 to 2024. Since December 2024 he has been an associate professor in mathematical physics at the University of Cagliari. His research focuses on the study of deformations of relativistic symmetries, non-commutative geometries, and phenomenology of quantum gravity. He is the author of about 40 articles published in international journals, including a Physical Review Letter and two Nature Astronomy. He has participated in numerous international conferences, also by invitation, and is a member, with organizational functions, of European projects (COST action) aimed at the theoretical and phenomenological study of quantum gravity.
