---

Within the strategy of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R), UNICA launches the present survey on ethics and research integrity.

HRS4R is a process of continuous improvement, which UNICA has committed to carry forward in the coming years through the implementation of an action plan to align as much as possible, the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for their recruitment by improving the research environment for its researchers and at the same time making it more attractive for researchers coming from other international contexts.

The aim of this survey is to assess the level of knowledge and the opinion of researchers on ethical issues and the integrity of research in their working environment.

We are inviting all UniCa researchers to fill in the survey. We stress that, as defined by the European Commission, this includes any professor, any researcher, any post-doc, any research fellow, any Ph.D. student and resident.

The questionnaire, strictly anonymous, will remain accessible until July 20, 2024. The compilation takes no more than 10 minutes.

Your contribution will allow our University to make progress in the implementation of the HRS4R strategy and to develop actions to improve the research environment.
