The online enrolment procedure will be available FROM 28th OCTOBER 2025 TO 31st OCTOBER 2025 h 23:59 (local time) from the webpage: https://unica.esse3.cineca.it/Home.do

You are requested to upload:

- a recent passport-size photo (in bitmap or jpeg format)
- a copy of a valid passport
- your self-certification, filled out and signed (the form is below in Word format: please, DO NOT MODIFY ITS STRUCTURE!)                  

The instructions on how to enrol and the self-certification form are available below. 

The enrolment will be completed after the payment of a EUR 16.00 stamp duty, to be paid within 4 days from the date of your enrolment - YOU ARE KINDLY INVITED TO PAY THE STAMP DUTY AT THE MOMENT OF ENROLMENT!

For any problem concerning the online enrolment procedure, please send an e-mail to dottoratiemaster@unica.it within 31st October 2025, so that we can save your position. The e-mail requests for assistance sent after 31st October 2025 (deadline for enrolment) will not be taken into account, and you will lose your right to enroll.

ATTENTION! Successful candidates who, due to a technical problem, are not currently able to complete their enrolment should send an e-mail to dottoratiemaster@unica.it no later than 31.10.2025 at 23:59, local time, communicating their interest in completing their enrolment (subject of the e-mail: Name and Surname - PhD programme in ... Cycle 41).

Only candidates listed as ADMITTED can enroll.

Admitted candidates NOT interested in enrollment are invited to promptly communicate their waiver to the PhD, Professional Master's, Visiting Proefssor Office, by sending to dottoratiemaster@unica.it the specific form available below (Waiver of enrolment form), completed and signed, together with a front/back scan of their passport,

In case of vacant positions, candidates listed as ELIGIBLE (NOT ADMITTED) may be contacted via e-mail by the PhD, Professional Master's, Visiting Professor Office, according to the order of the ranking list.

At their arrival at the University of Cagliari, the newly enrolled students holding a foreign academic degree must provide the following documents to the PhD, Professional Master's, Visiting Professor Office (a scanned copy of them must be sent by email before their arrival):

• original or certified copy of your 2nd level degree valid to access PhD education;
• original legalized translation into Italian of your degree;
• original statement of value (Dichiarazione di valore in loco) of the foreign degree issued by the competent Italian diplomatic representative in the Country where the academic qualification has been issued (http://www.miur.gov.it/web/guest/dichiarazione-di-valore - http://www.cimea.it/it/servizi/procedure-di-riconoscimento-dei-titoli/glossario.aspx), or a Diploma Supplement in original;
• original or certified copy of your 1st level degree.

Successful candidates who do not complete their enrolment within the deadline will automatically be considered as withdrawn and the next candidate in the ranking list will take their place; the PhD, Professional Master's, Visiting Professor Office will inform the next ranked candidates by e-mail and invite them to enroll.

An appeal may be brought against this Act at the Regional Administrative Court (TAR), within 60 days from 28th October 2025 or an extraordinary appeal to the President of the Italian Republic within 120 days from 28th October 2025.
