The talk highlights the computer science department at the University of Biskra, exploring three main areas. First, it delves into the graduate and postgraduate programs, showcasing the academic opportunities available to students. Second, it highlights the exciting scientific research within the department’s laboratories and research teams. Finally, it looks at how the department collaborates with others—through co-supervision, student and staff exchanges, developing new programs, and hosting seminars and workshops. A particular focus is placed on fields like imaging, graphics, and interactive technologies, with a closer look at how augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) shape these disciplines.
