PHD STUDENTS HAVE TO CONFIRM THEIR REGISTRATION FOR THE CURRENT ACADEMIC YEAR BY PAYING A € 16.00 STAMP DUTY.

NB: PHD STUDENTS NOT COMPLETING THEIR REGISTRATION BY PAYING THE STAMP DUTY WON’T BE ALLOWED TO ACCESS THE UNIVERSITY FACILITIES, SINCE THEY'RE NOT COVERED BY AN INSURANCE.

PHD STUDENTS HOLDING A SCHOLARSHIP:
PhD Students holding a scholarship have to send their Tax return for 2019 "Dichiarazione reddituale relativa all'anno 2019" (in PDF format and signed, together with a copy of a valid ID) by e-mail to dottoratiemaster@unica.it within 16th November 2018.

HOW TO PAY THE STAMP DUTY
You can find your bank electronic MAv (Mediante Avviso) in our secure area for Students’ services online (https://unica.esse3.cineca.it): click on LOGIN and enter your username and password, then from the menu click on Segreteria – Pagamenti (Administrative Office-Payments), click on the number indicated in the column "Pagamento non pervenuto" (payment not yet received) and on Salva MAv (Save MAv).
Once you’ve downloaded the MAv document in PDF format, you can pay:

• ONLINE: enter your MAv code, the amount of money you have to pay and your reason for payment on the internet banking service page of any bank;
• at an ATM of any bank providing this service: enter your MAv data (MAv code, amount of money and reason of payment) and pay with your cash card;
• by printing your MAv slip and handing it over to any bank in Italy.

If you follow one of these options, the MAv payment doesn’t implicate any bank charges.
You can check your payment in our secure area for Students’ services online within 2-5 working days from the date of the payment, depending on the time a bank needs to convey its information to UniCA.
For the purpose of the administrative deadlines, we will consider the exact date of the payment.

ATTENDANCE REGISTERS

The attendance registers can be collected at the Post Lauream Office in via S.Giorgio 12, Cagliari, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.)

PhD students belonging to Cycle XXXII must deliver their register for the 2nd year, once filled in and signed, and collect a new register for the 3rd year.

PhD students belonging to Cycle XXXIII must deliver their register for the 1st year, once filled in and signed, and collect a new register for the 2nd year.
