Master’s Degree Program in Law (Single-Cycle Program)

The Single-Cycle Master’s Degree Program in Law offers graduates an in-depth and comprehensive legal education, essential for accessing traditional legal professions (judiciary, legal practice, notary) and academic careers. It is also applicable to many other employment sectors. The systematic and methodological study of legal subjects is aimed at acquiring a thorough knowledge of both national and supranational (European and international) legal systems. No admission quota is required to access the program.

Educational Objectives

The program offers a complete legal education, preparing students for careers as lawyers, judges, and notaries. At the same time, it equips graduates with the legal expertise required for professions demanding a solid knowledge of law and its interpretative techniques, including roles in public administration, public entities, private companies (as consultants, managers, or representatives), and organizations in the third sector.

The curriculum is structured around several core learning areas:

The teaching methods aim to integrate the acquired skills. Traditional lectures are supplemented by additional learning activities such as seminars, involving national and international professors, and practical exercises focusing on case studies and discussions. Students also have the opportunity to undertake curricular internships at public or private institutions, companies, and law firms, as well as study or work abroad
