Segnalazioni e suggerimenti

In order to improve the quality of teaching and the services offered to students, suggestions, reports and complaints are promptly collected and analysed, subject to the terms of the University Statute and with the potential intervention of the Student Ombudsman. These may entail, in particular but not exclusively:

  • teaching;
  • lecture timetables
  • lecturers' reception hours;
  • student-lecturer ratio;
  • examinations;
  • failures in teaching support;
  • maintenance work for the facilities where teaching is delivered.

If you have specific requests, suggestions or complaints regarding an educational activity or a lecturer, you can send a confidential e-mail to the Degree Programme Coordinator, who will take action for a prompt resolution: (address in update)

To make suggestions to the Degree Programme Board, propose improvements and/or report problems of general interest, you can contact your representatives, who will take action to bring them to the attention of the Board.
