Abstract
In this paper, authors focus on the open innovation and crowdsourcing experience of an Italian firm the Mulino Bianco. Crowdsourcing is currently one of the most discussed keywords within the open innovation community. Crowdsourcing opens the company's innovation funnel - the scope for screening ideas. Therefore, the firms gain more ideas for innovations.
