Abstract

This chapter proposes an integrative review to critique and synthesize the development of women's entrepreneurship research since the implementation of the UN Agenda 2030, identifying future research directions. The review addresses two significant shortcomings: the undervaluation of women's entrepreneurship in achieving sustainable development and the lack of studies on how women entrepreneurs can align with the 17 SDGs. By providing a comprehensive analysis of the current state of research, the chapter aims to enhance understanding of the strategic role of women entrepreneurs in sustainable development.
