Abstract
The “Green pass”, certification that in Italy attests vaccination against COVID-19 or negativity to the SARS-CoV2 virus, has been qualified by some criticisms as a discriminatory measure due to the restrictions it imposes on the freedom of citizens who do not have it. The analysis of these criticisms and the related conceptual and normative assumptions provides an opportunity for reflection on the notion of discrimination and its criteria and conditions of employment. In the case of the most recurrent criticisms about the discriminatory nature of the Green pass, these conditions are clearly unsatisfied due to argumentative deficits that result in apodictic, fallacious or absurd judgments.File | Size | Format | |
