Digital reviews represent a hybrid discursive genre, typical of Tourism 2.0. The customer / user shapes his experience in a virtual and collaborative environment, adapting it to expressive styles that tend to be pre-established and determined by the horizon of expectations of the receiving community. The analysis of a corpus of reviews of restaurants published on TripAdvisor by Spanish and Italian readers allows to characterize the focus of interest of each linguistic group. To outline the profile of the customer / user, a quantitative analysis - which takes into consideration the types / tokens ratio, the lexical density, the distribution of verbal forms and the semantic fields of the most recurrent lemmas for each lexical category - and a qualitative analysis focused in particular on the vocabulary used to describe the lived experience are carried out .
