The thesis can focus on one of the following topics:

Study of the inhibition of enzymes involved in various diseases such as Alzheimer's, diabetes, hyperpigmentation, and gout. The inhibitors may be of plant origin or synthetic compounds.

Characterization of the antioxidant activity of an extract or synthetic compounds.

Characterization of a plant extract in terms of antioxidant activity, composition of phenols and flavonoids, and biological properties.

The techniques used are mainly spectrophotometric and electrophoretic.
