ACADEMIC AND RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

Since 31/12/2022: RtdA at the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Engineering (DICAAR) of the University of Cagliari. Research activities focused on developing innovative processes and technologies for the transport, handling, and storage of granular materials (raw materials, intermediate products, finished products, and processing waste) used and produced in the mineralurgical and metallurgical industrial sector.

2019-2022: Research Fellow at the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Engineering (DICAAR) of the University of Cagliari. Experimental study of PM emissions from mining and metallurgical waste exposed to wind erosion.

2018: Collaborator at the National Interuniversity Consortium for Engineering of Georesources (CINIGeo). Research activities involved experimental study of emission factors for wind erosion and critical analysis of the state-of-the-art on reusing Posidonia oceanica beachcast, aiming to assess the technical-economic feasibility of a waste recovery and treatment line in the Sardinia region.
