Giuseppe Viglialoro was born in Lamezia Terme (CZ) on August 5, 1975. He graduated in Mathematics at the University of Rome "la Sapienza" in 2001 and took his PhD in Civil Engineering in 2007 at the "Universitat Plotecnica de Catalunya" (Spain). He was Assistant Professor of Analysis and Numerical Analysis at the Faculty of Engineering of the "Universidad de Cadiz" from 2010 to 2013 and, previously (from 2008 to 2010), technician for research projects in the field of Applied Mathematics at the " Centro de Supercomputacion de Galicia "and the" Universidad de Santiago de Compostela "(Spain). From 2013 to 2020 he was a fixed-term researcher (RTD-A and RTD-B) at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Cagliari. Since 2020 he is Associate Professor in this same department. He has participated and participates in several research projects (national and international), also as Principle Investigator. He is author and co-author of more than 40 scientific articles, mostly published in international journals, and of a textbook on Analysis. He has held numerous conferences, also as invited speaker, in international congresses, and is a referee of various international journals.
