TRAVEL AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN MEETINGS/CONGRESSES/CONFERENCES/SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS

The mission authorization request must also be signed by the coordinator.

Project proposal

Within the first 6 months each PhD student must submit a research plan, signed by the Supervisor.

Annual reports

At the end of each year, PhD students must submit:

  • A summary report of their activities
  • A plan for the upcoming year
  • A list of acquired credits, co-signed by their Supervisor

The third year the student must provide a final report.

Tutoring activities

The tutoring activities authorization request form must be filled by the PhD Supervisor and sent to the PhD Coordinator.

Study and/or research activity abroad

PhD students planning to carry out study or research activities abroad must obtain prior approval from the Academic Board.
The application should be submitted to the PhD Programme Coordinator and must be prepared by the student’s tutor, clearly indicating the start and end dates of the planned activity at the host institution.

The Doctor Europaeus label is a supplementary title awarded to PhD graduates who meets specific international criteria during their doctoral studies. It certifies a strong European dimension of the PhD, including a period of research abroad, evaluation by international experts, and the defense of the thesis in a European language other than the candidate’s native tongue.

Seminar attendance

All PhD students are required to attend seminars/course/stages as part of their program requirements. Only activities relevant to the topics of their specific PhD curriculum will be accepted.
