Neutron techniques for studying the structure of materials 
 

The topic of this seminar is structural techniques involving neutrons. In particular: neutron diffraction, small angle neutron scattering, neutron reflectometry, inelastic neutron scattering, and magnetic neutron scattering.  The theoretical and experimental background to these neutron techniques will be briefly discussed.  The seminar will also give examples of the applications of these techniques, including applications in studying the structure of glasses.
