PHD STUDENTS HAVE TO CONFIRM THEIR ENROLLEMENT FOR THE CURRENT ACADEMIC YEAR BY PAYING A STAMP DUTY OF € 16.00.

NB. PHD STUDENTS WHO AREN’T UP TO DATE WITH THEIR PAYMENT WON’T BE ALLOWED TO ACCESS THE UNIVERSITY FACILITIES,
NOT BEING COVERED BY AN INSURANCE.

PHD STUDENTS HOLDING A SCHOLARSHIP:
PhD Students holding a scholarship have to send their Tax return for 2018 "Dichiarazione reddituale relativa all'anno 2018" (in PDF format and signed, together with a copy of a valid ID) by e-mail to dottoratiemaster@unica.it within November 15th 2017.

According to the Law no. 232 of December 11th 2016, about the State budget estimate for the financial year 2017 and the multiannual budget for 2017-2019 (ref. to article no. 1, paragraph no. 262), PhD Students not holding a scholarship don’t need to pay the enrollment tax to start 31st and 32nd Cycles, as indicated in the notice of competition. 

The administrative office will verify if the regional tax for the right to education still needs to be paid.

HOW TO PAY TAXES
You can find your bank electronic MAv (Mediante Avviso) in our secure area for Students’ services online (https://unica.esse3.cineca.it): click on LOGIN and enter your username and password, then from the menu click on Segreteria – Pagamenti (Administrative Office-Payments), click on the number indicated in the column "Pagamento non pervenuto" (payment not yet received) and on Salva MAv (Save MAv).
Once you’ve downloaded the MAv document in PDF format, you can pay:

• ONLINE: enter your MAv code, the amount of money you have to pay and your reason for payment on the internet banking service page of any bank;
• at an ATM of any bank providing this service: enter your MAv data (MAv code, amount of money and reason of payment) and pay with your cash card;
• by printing your MAv slip and handing it over to any bank in Italy.

If you follow one of these options, the MAv payment doesn’t implicate any bank charges.
You can check your payment in our secure area for Students’ services online within 2-5 working days from the date of the payment, depending on the time a bank needs to convey its information to UniCA.
For the purpose of the administrative deadlines, we will consider the exact date of the payment.
