Reports and suggestions

In order to improve the delivery of teaching and the services offered to students, and without prejudice to the provisions of the University Statute concerning the role of the Student Guarantor, suggestions, reports, and complaints of an educational nature are systematically collected and analyzed, particularly—but not exclusively—regarding:

  • course teachings;
  • class schedules;
  • teachers office hours;
  • student-teacher relations;
  • exams and assessments;
  • malfunctions in educational support services;
  • maintenance work in facilities where teaching is provided.

If you have specific requests, suggestions, or complaints related to a Degree Program or a professor, you may send a confidential email to the Dean, who will take prompt action:

To submit suggestions to the Faculty Council, propose improvements, and/or report general-interest issues, you can contact your student representatives, who will bring them to the Council’s attention.
