Francesca Arras, PhD, is a research fellow at the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, Philosophy of the University of Cagliari. Under the supervision of Prof. Cristina Cabras. Currently involved in the project "Psychological-social variables implicated in the well-being of university students" for which, starting from the study of the results of international research on the topic, through an action-research program, she will have to develop hypotheses and identify the variables intervening in the psychological and physical well-being of university students also in relation to gender variables, the perception of the "Relational Self" and "Loss of Significance" in different life contexts, in relation to differences in attitude towards responsible use of the smartphone and behaviors attributable to the phenomena of FOMO, Phubbing and pathological Gambling. The goal is to create an evidence-based model of relational-contextual matrix of question-intervention-evaluation in the field of psychophysical well-being, in which socio-situational and individual aspects come into play. The practical implications concern the creation of primary and secondary prevention programs.
