Carla Mereu, PhD, is a research fellow at the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, Philosophy of the University of Cagliari. Currently involved in the project “Factors for the Promotion of Psychological Well-being and Actions aimed at Reducing Discomfort in University Students”, whose research title is “Audiovisual media and strategies for the implementation of well-being in university students” under the supervision of Prof. Antioco Floris, she will have to develop a reflection on the ways in which audiovisual media can promote well-being in university educational contexts. In particular, through the study of good practices and models also widespread in other work and educational contexts, including international ones, she will have to identify possible actions through audiovisual media to hypothesize and experiment formats to be conveyed through telematic channels and social media aimed at raising awareness of the problems of university well-being and directing the student community towards inclusive and welcoming forms of academic life.
