Internships are managed through a committee established by the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (DIEE). The Committee includes a representative for each degree course of the department and provides information and mentoring for internships and job placement (Committee for the Relations with the Job Market). The person in charge for this degree program can be found in the "Reference Persons" section of this website.

The Committee maintains a web page containing the complete list of companies that signed an agreement to accept trainees. Students may request an internship in one of the companies on the list by filling out the form on the department web page, or they may propose activating a new agreement with a company that is not yet on the list.

Typically, 1 Credit is assigned for each full-time week of internship. Two weeks are usually deducted from the computation: the first week that is usually devoted to familiarise with the company procedures, and the last week devoted to reporting. The exact computation will depend on the detailed report and timesheet.
