Abstract
In recent years more emphasis has been placed on reverse logistics. This is due in part to the recognitiuon of increasing value of products and technology created in the field at the end of generak direct supply chains and the impact of green laws, partuculary in Europe. The purpose of this paper is examine how Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are being used by fourth-party logistics provider (4PL) to support an effective reverse logistics system. By drawuing on earlier research on reverce logistics, a case study at CCR Italua s.p.a is conduce. The result show that It capability of 4PL allows trading partners to exchange information electronically in a very compact, concise anda precise way in order to handle reverse logistics efficiently.File | Size | Format | |
