Abstract

The project, undertaken by the Liaison Office of the University of Cagliari, is the first action of a permanent advisory service to the Sardinian SMEs in the field of energy efficiency. In particular, this study relates the energy management of the Sardinian dairy sector, and aims to evaluate the possible technical-economic solutions for improving energy efficiency.
