Abstract

The essay describes the impact of financial and economic crisis of 2008 on italian labour law and industrial relation system. After a short description of the labour market situation the main argument is that economic crisis has simply justified reforms that the italian Governement wished to implement even before the crisis. These reforms have seriously transformed the labour law structure and the industrial relations system
