Abstract

The book gives an insight into the complex mechanisms of interpreting using the example of the German-Italian language pair. Gudrun Bukies presents principles and areas of application that are relevant for the basic training of interpreters with special regards to unilateral and bilateral interpreting. Numerous interpreting tasks make practical practice possible (i.e. German-Italian conversations and discussions, expert interviews, negotiations, and short lectures either in Italian or German). Thematically they cover the following ranges: - Business communication - Tourism and - German-Italian cultural exchange.

Questa introduzione si occupa dei complessi meccanismi dell’interpretazione tedesco-italiano. L’autrice presenta principi e campi di applicazione rilevanti per la formazione degli interpreti attraverso numerosi esercizi, spiegazioni e simulazioni (ad es. conversazioni e discussioni tedesco-italiane, colloqui con esperti, trattative e brevi conferenze in italiano o in tedesco). Il libro è suddiviso in cinque capitoli che coprono le seguenti aree tematiche: - Comunicazione aziendale - Turismo e - Scambi culturali.
Diese Einführung gibt einen Einblick in die komplexen Mechanismen des Dolmetschens am Beispiel des Sprachenpaares Deutsch–Italienisch. Die Autorin stellt Prinzipien und Einsatzgebiete vor, die für die Grundausbildung von Dolmetschern relevant sind. Das unilaterale und bilaterale Dolmetschen wird aus translatologischer und linguistischer Perspektive erläutert. Zahlreiche Dolmetschaufgaben ermöglichen zudem das praktische Einüben. Die Gespräche, Expertenbefragungen, Kurzvorträge und Verhandlungen hat die Autorin im Laufe ihrer langjährigen Berufspraxis gesammelt, rekonstruiert und didaktisch aufbereitet. Thematisch decken sie folgende Bereiche ab: • mündliche Unternehmenskommunikation • Tourismus sowie • deutsch-italienischer Kulturaustausch.
