Abstract

The paper draws a balance in progress of the effects resulting from the introduction of the so-called quotas in mangement and control bodies of listed and public companies, highlights the critical issues that have emerged in practice, and raises new doubts as to the opportunity, but also the legitimacy of the discipline with respect to listed company.
