Abstract

The article presents a number of passages drawn from Sole texts of the State, which were adopted in the Italian primary school since 1930. The diffusion of the Sole texts on the all Nation lives to observe the principles of the education and the great making of the linguistic politics in the twenty years of the Fascism. In the spelling-books and in the reading-books there are figures, mottos, hymns, greetings which represent the Regime. The editorial operation, committed to the Library of the State, was followed by big illustrators, even contemporary artists, writers, and directly by the Head of the Government.
