„Alles Banane“ - Deutsche Trophotismen vor dem Hintergrund gesellschaftlicher und kulturhistorischer Geschehnisse und sensorischer Repertoires

Abstract

This article deals with linguistic phenomena in German, which are marked from a historical, cultural and social perspective, and which are used in current media texts. Expressions and word connections on food / 'eating and drinking' ('trophotisms') are systematically classified and represented according to linguistic and phraseological criteria. In the interpretation of their meanings, special cultural-historical and social background and events as well as the sensory repertoires of these diverse linguistic images, together with their different usage contexts, appear as domains of semantics.

Questo articolo riguarda i fenomeni linguistici in tedesco, che sono caratterizzati da una prospettiva storica, culturale e sociale e che vengono utilizzati nei testi mediatici attuali. Le espressioni e le connessioni di parole sull'argomento "mangiare e bere" ("trofotismi") vengono sistematicamente classificate e rappresentate secondo criteri linguistici e fraseologici. Nell'interpretazione dei loro significati, lo sfondo e gli eventi culturali-storici e sociali speciali, così come i repertori sensoriali di queste diverse immagini linguistiche, insieme ai loro diversi contesti d'uso, appaiono come importanti domini della semantica.
Dieser Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit sprachlichen Phänomenen im Deutschen, die aus historischer, kultureller und sozialer Sicht markiert sind und in aktuellen Medientexten verwendet werden. Phraseologische Wortverbindungen mit einem thematischen Bezug zu ‘Essen und Trinken’ (‘Trophotismen’) werden nach linguistischen und phraseologischen Kriterien systematisch klassifiziert und in unterschiedlichen Verwendungszusammenhängen dargestellt. Bei der Bedeutungserklärung dieser vielfältigen sprachlichen Bilder rücken als Domänen der Semantik spezielle kulturhistorische und soziale Hintergründe und Geschehnisse sowie sensorische Aspekte ins Blickfeld.
