Abstract
The text deals with a civic, pro-social and ecological education of disadvantaged adolescents and youngsters, that should help them reconquer their path to self-actualization, in observing and facing some actual questions like new cultures of communication and emotional discomfort. In this field a new role is traced for University, and for the area of Educational Sciences.
